  • IN THE EVENT THAT YOUR STAY IS LESS THAN A WEEK AND YOU RETURN EVERYTHING, THE AMOUNT THE FEE WILL BE 30 EUROS).
  • Each room is exterior and has four beds,,, shower and own toilet.
  • We have our own cleaning service that will clean the apartment every day.
  • Our own laundry service, if you wish, will also take care of washing your personal clothes.
  • Our central and safe location in Barcelona allows you to have all kinds of shops and transportation for your needs.
  • The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. On Sundays and holidays the premises are closed.
  • This does not mean that if you feel like it you can make a longer schedule.
Price level for customers
The price of 1/2 HOUR is 70 euros and 1 HOUR is 120 euros.
Renting the suites for you
  • From €70 for 1/2 hour. TOPDAMAS receives €35 for rent and you get the remaining €35
  • From €120 for 1 hour. TOPDAMAS receives €50 for rent and you get the remaining €70. These prices only include one relationship, the rest of the relationships that the client may ask you for, such as kissing, French, etc... are decided by you, both the price WHICH IS ENTIRELY FOR YOU, or its execution or not doing it.
  • The client is always informed of your fees and the type of relationships you do or do not do before your contact begins.
