Oral sex—and even more so, anal sex—has always been a taboo subject in the world of sexuality.
This is because not everyone is able to reach climax through this practice.
An anal orgasm, which is much harder to achieve than a vaginal or clitoral orgasm, has two components: the psychological (emotional) and the physical (bodily).
The body responds to sexual stimuli by seeking pleasure … thereby increasing pleasure and eroticism.
Like any other organ in the body, the anus sends sensory information to our brain.
To understand the anal orgasm, we need to know that the anus is made up of two muscular rings called sphincters, which, when stimulated, function independently of one another.
It consists of the external part, which tenses and relaxes at will (like the hand), and the internal part (which responds to stimulation during anal sex).
And how do you achieve an anal orgasm?…
The real key is learning to control your pelvic muscles; this is a good way to stimulate the area through contractions, and it requires a great deal of relaxation and confidence.
Here, we’ll share some tips to help you reach orgasm more easily through practice.
Before doing anything…it’s important to keep the entire area clean.
That will make you feel much more comfortable.
Lubricants will help moisturize the area, making penetration smoother and more comfortable. You can also use sex toys to make sex more fun, and don’t forget to use a condom to protect against germs and microorganisms.
Once the relationship has begun… what could be better than giving a good massage… both in the anal area (which has so many nerve endings) and all over the body.
Foreplay (the so-called “prelude”) is very important… caresses, kisses…
You can always combine anal and genital stimulation with stimulation of other parts of the body.
Before penetration, you can use your finger, a sex toy, or the penis to make gentle, slow circular movements around the anus to stimulate it.
At the same time, both he and she can stimulate the clitoris as well. Penetration is accompanied by gentle, stimulating caresses…
Another foreplay technique before anal penetration is anilingus.
This method, known as oral-anal, is commonly referred to as “rimming” or “black kiss,” and involves stimulating the anus with the tongue.
If you’re uncomfortable with this kind of practice, there are tongue and/or mouth guards available.
Many people who have tried this practice say it’s highly rewarding…for him…as well as for her…
After foreplay, anal penetration should be performed gently and slowly.
Two factors must be taken into account: “control” of the pelvic muscles, because these are the ones that cause the contractions that stimulate the area; as well as “intensity”; since the penis influences these contractions of the anal sphincter during orgasm, making it more pleasurable and intense.
During penetration, use your imagination and try different positions.
In addition to trust and communication with their partner, many people also seek specialized information on sexuality, well-being, and new experiences. There are platforms dedicated to answering questions and exploring options focused on adult pleasure, such as certain experiences that have sparked interest among those who wish to broaden their horizons in a discreet and consensual manner.
It’s not just the classic doggy style…you can also do it standing up, on your side, fully stretched out, in the missionary position, or from the front (with her sitting on top of him); and if you’re more flexible, try a little contortion and come up with new positions… as long as it’s comfortable and pleasurable for both of you.
After anal intercourse, the penis should be withdrawn just as gently and slowly as it was inserted.
Enjoying anal sex shouldn’t be taboo…add some pleasure to your life…
